5. Termination. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for any unpaid fees and we will promptly deliver all completed work products to you.
6. Warranty. We warrant that our services will be performed professionally and on time. We make no other warranties, express or implied, regarding our services.
7. Limitation of Liability. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services. Our maximum liability to you under these Terms will not exceed the total fees you paid to us.
8. Governing Law. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State] and the federal laws of the United States.
